Cost: $25 covers both lunch and dessert

Parking: Valet or complimentary self-parking available

Grotto is following all health and safety guidelines set by the state and the health department to ensure your safety.

We ask that our guests:

• Take your temperature and if 99.5 degrees and above, please stay home
• If you or any member of your household shows signs of illness of any kind, please choose to stay home
• To meet restaurant capacity requirements, online RESERVATIONS are recommended by Friday, March 11 at noon.

Peter White ’89, Co-Founder – Royal & Ross, LP

Peter White is a Class of ’89 graduate of Texas A&M, former Corps of Cadets member, and is Co-Founder of Royal & Ross LP, an Information Technology  solutions and contract staffing company headquartered in Houston.  He is married to Giselle (Barrada ’90) White and has 2 daughters, Justine White and Jackie White ‘21.  Peter credits Texas A&M’s core values as a driving force in his personal life and business. He is an avid college sports fan, runner, and lover of everything Texas A&M.
