Howdy! During the summer of 2019, the Houston A&M Club will host its annual Coach’s Night event and auction, with Texas A&M Head Football Coach Jimbo Fisher as the guest speaker. We are looking to partner with businesses who want to participate in our silent auction where 1,200 Aggies will be in attendance. In addition to exposure, we will be providing recognition in our event program and the Houston A&M Club website. I have attached the formal paperwork for your consideration.

Coach’s Night approximately attracts 1,200 former students, families and friends – all eager to support the club’s programs. Each year, the Houston A&M Club helps Houston area students achieve their dreams by providing scholarships to future Aggies. Last year, we raised over $200,000 to support local students. Our goal this year is to continue this support, but we cannot do it without the generous help of friends like you!

Since this is the club’s largest annual fundraiser, it is imperative we raise as much money as possible. We sincerely hope you will be a part of this year’s event with a donation to our Auction.
